What does the monthly fee include?
The ongoing operation of Metrava OS, including hosting, maintenance, monitoring, support and continuity of the included modules. The service level depends on the selected package. -
What is not included?
Taxes, advertising investment, external licenses and variable usage from tools such as WhatsApp, email, artificial intelligence or third-party APIs. These costs are disclosed during the diagnostic. -
What can increase the price?
Additional users, pipelines, channels, automations, integrations, data volume, brands, languages, custom modules or a higher level of support than the one included. -
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Metrava OS monthly operations require a minimum 12-month agreement. -
What currency does the system invoice in?
